If you are looking for a hard working Personal Trainer that will visit at a time and place to suit you, then look no further! I specalise in home and outdoor personal training in the West and Central London. I am an enthusiastic, motivating, friendly and reliable individual who intends to achieve no less than the results that you desire. I have a Biomedical Science degree and have just finished my level 4 qualification specialise in Obesity and Diabetes. If you are looking to increase your fitness, energy levels, reduce your percentage body fat or just tone up, I am here to help. I offer specific nutrition advice tailored to each individual. In the sessions with me you can expect - An effective cardio warm up with dynamic stretches - Multiple exercise circuits that target all parts of your body - A fun and fast paced padwork workout to finish the session - A cardio cool down followed by specific muscle stretches. Steve's a great trainer. I look forward to my sessions with him and know that it is doing me some good. I’ve been with him for about four months now, and he varies our workout each week to keep me interested and on my toes. He knows what I like and don’t like doing, but doesn’t let me get away with too much! I appreciate the way he pays close attention to how I am and varies activities for example to take into account my terrible knees, but still give a good programme to go through
