Which is why I offer a wide range of activities to keep your workouts and fitness routines fresh and exciting. My programmes are designed to fit your lifestyle, goals and personality, making it much more likely you’ll stick with it and achieve results. Following an initial assessment and lifestyle review, I’ll work with you to develop a personal health and fitness programme that includes nutrition advice and home workouts, for continuity between your regular PT sessions. I'm experienced in working with NHS Referrals with a wide range of physical & mental health conditions including post-stroke, pre-diabetes and obesity. My preference is to work out outdoors, reconnecting with nature and the elements around us. My fully equipped mobile service means I can meet you at the beach, in parks, on the South Downs, at your home, you decide! As a Personal Trainer for the Arun & Worthing Wellbeing Team I gained extensive experience in working with clients who are often new to exercise, have mental health issues, are recovering post illness/surgery or who have perhaps been diagnosed pre-diabetes or as obese and realise they really need to make lifestyle adjustments. No matter where you’re starting from I can help you take the necessary steps to get fitter, stronger, have fun and improve your quality of life. Fully qualified, DBS checked, first aid trained and with £10million public liability insurance, we are equipped to deliver high quality, fun and professional sessions to meet your needs.
