I have several martial arts background (Kung Fu, Muaythai, Jiu-Jitsu and MMA). Furthermore, I have specialism in Boxing and Gymnastics coaching. Even more, I am a professional Breakdancer and a Free-runner. With such specialism I incorporate unique movements in my personal training to ensure a fun, meaningful and skilled training to ensure progression. The personal training will be solely tailored to your ability to train the fundamentals of explosive high intensity training that will be accessible to anyone who are beginners right up to elite athleticism. To note, I will give guidance on nutrition and daily exercises to enable you to have the best body (feeling fit and energetic).
