I have been a Personal trainer for 2 years building a women's fitness company Bootcamp company in 2018. With regards to training, I have had 9 years of experience and 12 years of knowledge in nutrition.
I have helped almost 50 women lose weight and all committed clients lose 6.5kg in a month with my meal plan suggestions and training 1:, bootcamps and online home training. Also helped men lose weight and become lean in 2020.
I am a product of my own successes dropped 2 dresses in 1.5 months in 2010. I have learned how to maintain a healthy lifestyle for 10 years.
Now I have been able to duplicate the process successfully, helping multiple women understand nutrition and types of training that is an effect for them to achieve the body they deserve to be in.
