I have been a level three qualified Personal Trainer for 17 years, I am insured and also a member of the NRPT. During my career I have worked with GP referral for cardiac patients, stroke recovery and exercise for those with HIV. I am fully qualified in Ante/Post Natal fitness and am currently working with clients suffering from hypermobility syndrome. I have trained everyone from celebrities to milkmen, teens to octogenarians and specialise in those new to fitness. Fully Qualified in Nutrition we can incorporate the use of food diaries and meal plans in our programs which often with some simple suggestions can have a great impact with training. I also offer shiatsu and can also incorporate this for days when a little extra flexibility is needed. I will supply you with a weekly and monthly training programme for times for when you train alone which will be supported by daily email or texts to make sure you complete your exercise when not with me. For the training I bring everything needed to the home/office/park or gym if you have the use of one.
