As a man I must say I let my ego get the best of me in the gym most of the time and it didn't give me results. When I saw Raye train herself I wondered what motivated her and why she looked so good if I am honest. I tried to get hints and tips and she offered some now and then but then said; "look I don't have time ti waste, book some sessions with me and watch me transform your life".
You know what I followed her nutrition plan because I struggle to put on weight and she taught me things that I didn't think would work. However, I decided to trust her when saw how ripped I was getting and I was keeping my weight on.
I cannot thank her enough. Even years later I have taken on all that she taught me and I am happy with the person I see in the mirror. If anything if you're a man reading this, because she is a woman you should train with her because she understands the male and female physique and lifestyle with such an intuitive perspective on everything.
