Health & fitness is my passion, I'm a friendly, down to earth & approachable trainer, Fully qualified to Level 3. I specialise in extreme fat loss, Strength and muscle gain, Aerobic conditioning, Circuit training, Boxing training, Sport specific coaching, Injury rehabilitation and also diet & nutrition.
I have gained vast knowledge and experience from serving in the armed forces for 8 years, During this time I trained with soldiers that have a very high level of fitness & physical endurance. I also trained and fought for the boxing team and have boxed since I was 14 years of age.
I am always developing my knowledge & skills so I can offer the best possible service and advice. Alongside Personal training I am currently doing a Diploma in Sports Studies and will be starting a degree in Sports & exercise Sciences (Bsc) upon completion next year.
My clients are male & female and their ability ranges from complete beginners, amateur boxers, Pre & ex military to Semi professional athletes. My training sessions are intense but always fun & varied so they are enjoyable too. You will sweat, moan, cry & laugh, but most of all you will LOVE getting fit!
