I am very passionate and am highly enthusiastic about exercise and fitness.If you are interested in exercise but would feel more comfortable doing it in your home or a public place such as a park rather than a gym then I am here to support you and help you reach your goals. You will have an initial consultation, where we will decide on what is the best way to go about achieving your goals. You will receive nutritional advice, great exciting training methods and I will support and monitor your progress along the way. My aim is to get you to your target as efficiently as possible and so that you have maximum enjoyment. If you enjoy what you are doing, you will put in more effort, achieve more and exercise with a SMILE….always a bonus.AVAILABLE IN ALL WEST AND NORTH WEST LONDON AREAS..

I have been training for approximately 5 years but hit the wall earlier this year. My motivation was lacking and I couldn't seem to bulk up any more. I started to eat unhealthy and put on excess weight around my abs. Paul set me a nutritional plan and a training plan which I stuck to. I toned up and lost body fat in my stomach area and put on muscle mass, achieving my goals….great stuff!!!

After having my second baby I decided I needed to lose weight and tone. I decided to train with Paul and he ensured I achieved my targets quickly and relatively easily. I wanted to give up on occasions but Paul helped to push me along. I have currently lost nearly 2 stone and feel so much fitter. He is a very good trainer and I would recommend using him.
