Hi! My name is Paul, I have the desire to be a successful Trainer with the best reputation. I have had experience with the gym environment since childhood. I struggled with my weight for most of my life owing to my genetic body type called Ectomorph I always loved training and working for a good body shape, but researching the Internet did not help me as much as I expected, I decided to become a Personal Trainer so to obtain more knowledge about myself and for other clients that I might train. In my job discipline and motivation is the key to success, after all these years I realize how important it is to be patient with people and with myself. Friendly and motivating. Has put a lot of effort for my individual goals, great advice and helped me a lot with nutrition. The training provided by Paul was an enjoyment. I achieved great results in a short period of time. Strongly recommend.

I’d give Paul 6 stars if I could. He’s the best trainer I could’ve imagined! He’s so friendly and supportive, always able to answer any questions, he never pushes you for time or to move onto his next client and makes you feel truly motivated. I was so scared to start personal training but choosing Paul as my trainer made the whole thing enjoyable whilst I achieved amazing results!

Paul is a excellent trainer. I feel very comfortable around him. He pushes hard and motivates you. He laughs with you but also tells you he is very serious when it comes to the gym. He has taught me a lot and that I am grateful for. He also knows a lot about nutrition and has helped me to eat more healthier foods. I think he is the best.

Paul is a talented and inspirational trainer. He built an individual programme for me which yielded visible results against my objectives of some weight loss and muscle tone. He helped with my focus and discipline through his commitment, experience and thought process. His programme was challenging but achievable. We also had a lot of fun and I would highly recommend him.

I have worked with number of trainers during last five years and none of them proved as effective and knowledgeable as Paul. He also provides a rounded service, focussing on nutrition as well as exercise so that I achieve my goals quicker. I am definitely seeing a difference and getting more toned which is exactly what I wanted. I have lost weight and gained lean muscle mass by working out with Paul and have had no hesitation in recommending him to others.
