I love being a Personal Trainer and I get to do for a living what I am passionate about. I can’t recommend Nicki B highly enough as a personal trainer. Nic is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. Workouts with her are tough but fun and she excels at tailoring them to your needs. I might not always look forward to our work outs, but I can guarantee once completed I feel amazing.

Nicki has completely transformed my attitude towards exercise and fitness in general. Nicki is always energetic and positive whether it's a horribly early morning or a dark wintry evening and this really helps keep me motivated to train. Sessions are never the same which keeps it interesting week to week and we cover a good mix of cardio including boxing and tabata and strength/ bodyweight training for core, abs, legs and upper body. There's always a new challenge to try out with the kettle bell, weight or trx too. Nicki really thinks about tailoring the sessions to what you need to get results whether you're recovering from an injury, training for a specific event or challenge or just wanting to tone up ahead of a holiday.
