Nick is an enthusiastic and motivated gentlemen with a passion for sport. From a young age Nick participated in a variety of sporting activities each week but the passion began when he was introduced to Basketball. In less than a year Nick became a key member of his basketball squad; realising his potential he tried out for the Reading Rockets a National League basketball team. The training was a gruelling and intense process but Nick was accepted. After a recurring injury grew worse Nick had to stop basketball, here he realised a career in exercise, performance and conditioning was for him. Since then Nick has been working hard toward gaining the correct qualifications and experience to help people achieve goals, recover from injuries and enjoy physical activity as much as he does. With a large number of client success stories under Nicks belt and a solid knowledge base of Exercise and Nutrition Nick can help you to achieve almost any goal. From Weight Loss to Muscle building to Rehabilitation to new ideas Nick will help you in every way necessary. Your goal becomes his goal and it becomes a journey you go on together. Nick is Based out of the Oasis Leisure Center in Swindon but does a large amount of work with clients at their houses or in Local parks using an array of equipment that Nick provides

I felt the training sessions I had with Nick were very good and he was very understanding of my overall goal, which he developed a plan that incorporated a whole range of new exercises that I am currently still using. He has great people skills, as in every season he would be very encouraging and positive and at times i would forget that I was in a PT session.
