I’m Mike Dolan and I offer a personal training experience which aims to meet the individual needs of my clients. I mainly work in South West London but I can help you train in whatever location in the general area that suits you best – even in your home or outdoors using portable gym equipment ranging from dumbbells and kettlebells to TRX suspension kit and boxing equipment. When it comes to training, everyone has their own personal fitness aims and targets. A personal trainer can help you discover what is best for you, design a programme to suit your requirements, and support you every step of the way until you achieve your goals. I have a friendly, easy-going manner and I work with men and women of all shapes and sizes. I am willing to provide a trial session FREE OF CHARGE and if you were satisfied I can offer a package to suit most commitments. - Sessions over an hour can be booked however 1 hour is the minimum duration per session. - Nutrition Analysis, diet plans and training plans for additional sessions without a Personal Trainer can be included for a one off payment of £40! This will come in the form of a booklet and can be altered and updated in the future by myself for a fee of £10 only from every alternation, e.g. a change in training programme exercises and approaches

I am available to train you at your home or outdoors in mortlake, barnes, kew, richmond, twickenham, teddington, feltham, kingston, sunbury, surbiton, tolworth, new malden, hampto, molesey, walton, weybridge and other areas nearby to those locations.
