Michelle has been my personal trainer for the last 12 years. I can definitely vouch for the empathy, inspiration and motivation description, but she also offers much more. She is an absolute professional and has really kept me on track with my fitness.

Michelle has been my personal trainer for over ten years and she is excellent! She is motivating and encouraging and with her help I have become fitter and really understand the benefits of regular exercise. Michelle will tailor a fitness programme to your individual needs.
