Since then I went on to complete the courses, with wide variety of training techniques, and unique exercises,
specialising in strength Training. Group exercise. weight and fat loos. Sport specific training. Bodyweight
training and boxing.
All of my sessions that I offer are completely unique and solely focused on each individual and their needs.
