I've been training with Matt for few months now and can honestly say I've never felt better or been fitter in my life, Matt knows exactly how to motivate people and makes you feel at ease straight from the start.

If you're looking to improve your fitness or just shift a bit of weight I can't recommend Matt enough he's certainly changed the way I thought I should be working out, and tailored workouts to get the results I was looking for through a mixture of strength and conditioning, circuit training and boxing, and he's always ready to give advice on nutrition or workouts at home.

I can honestly say I always look forward to the sessions and leave feeling totally spent and covered in sweat but I wouldn't change a thing, if you give Matt 100% effort he'll give you 100% dedication what more do you need!!!
