The difference of how I feel now and before we started the personal training is fantastic. The first thing was that I felt very much at ease and comfortable talking to Matt about why I needed help with certain aspects of my health (I was very, very, unfit ) And even that is an understatement. Matt explained all about inspiring fitness and his role in getting me on to a more healthy lifestyle. Matt worked out what exercises I should be doing and if I could not manage these right away he adapted them so that as I progressed, I would try them again and then find that I am able to do these. That alone made me want to try harder and improve. So far other people have noticed that I am looking much better. And as for myself I do not get so tired, have much more energy, Am just beginning to realise how unfit I was. In 12 weeks I have lost 19 pounds! I have achieved more then I could ever have hoped or wished for. To feel good about yourself makes you want to keep going. But and this is a very big but, I know for a fact that I could not have done this without Matt’s help and in that respect feel I could not have got a better trainer to work with me. Matt makes the sessions enjoyable even when I am having to work very hard. Many thanks for all that you have done.
