I will being using proven motivational and behavioural change techniques from the world of business and sports coaching that I know achieve rapid and sustainable results. My background is in personal, leadership and career coaching in the business world. I am also a qualified Personal Trainer. I have adapted my approach to cater for the heath, fitness and wellness arena. The approach is based on a coaching rather than training model.
