I established Have a Hart Fitness with one goal in mind – building and supporting happier, healthier people in Eastbourne. I believe in exercise as a key building block to creating better lives, but I also understand that it can be hard to find the time and motivation. This is why I pride myself on providing a friendly, encouraging and professional service. Training is bespoke to you, to help you reach your personal goals, with access to my exclusive private gym. As a client you can also join in with the Have a Hart circuit and indoor cycling classes, and benefit from qualified sports massage to help aid with recovery and prevent injury.

I was first introduced to have a hart training sessions at the end of february of this year. I went along with a friend to a circuit class and i have not looked back since. I really enjoy the classes and personal training sessions. Everyone is really friendly. I have gone from 12st4lbs to 10 st 10lbs. I have never felt better. I feel more alert and more healthy than ever. Thanks have a hart

Ive been working with Have a Hart fitness now for a few months, through circuit classes, bootcamp and Personal Training sessions with Mark. I was a member at a gym previously and found it hard to get motivated. Mark supports you by encouraging you to work hard and push yourself to reach your goals. I have lost just over 1 stone & have nearly reached my target weight now, and my fitness levels have definatley improved, it has been hard work at times but I feel much fitter and healthier. I started personal training with Mark just under 5 months ago, when I started I was very unhappy with my appearance and seriously lacked confidence. Since then I have lost weight, lost body fat and gained muscle, I can honestly say there isn't a single part of my body that hasn't changed, slimed down and become more toned. I'm still a way off my end goal but seeing these positive changes is really helping boost my self esteem and confidence. I would really encourage anyone who has been thinking about personal training to get in touch with Mark and give it a go.

I also attended Have a Hart circuit and boot camp classes regularly which I would also highly recommend, despite being quite shy I have met some great people.
The pictures to the left show me in the same dress at 2 weddings the first was a few years ago and the second was taken last month, when I started circuit training I wouldn't of been able to fit into the dress at all, I think the pictures talk for themselves
