BIO

My mission is to help others achieve the goals they feel they can't achieve on their own. I have always been a fitness fanatic, a classical dancer from a young age to a martial artist at competitive level later on in life. In 2011 I was introduced to weight lifting, I fell in love! that led me to compete in my 1st bikini fitness competition in 2015 & looking to compete again in 2016. I'm determined and goal focused. My workouts are challenging but realistic. I specialise in weight loss/body transformations toning, strength conditioning and nutrition. I am also a lifestyle coach. My goal is to help help you build the best version of yourself through a happy balanced lifestyle. First training session is free
