Michelle- I started personal training with Lorenza 3 months ago after I decided to try a different approach to my training. Lorenza is a dedicated fitness coach and nutrition advisor. She is determined and pushes her clients to achieve their best potential. She is always ready to answer any queries i might have regarding training or meal plans. She issues my plans every 4 weeks and makes adjustments as we go along. My meal plans are varied and enjoyable. In our sessions she motivates me to push harder to ensure i achieve my goals. She is always focused towards positively transforming her client's lives by changing their mental attitude. She is a firm believer that you have to train hard but smart.
