BIO

Being geographically well situated I am able to train clients in the privacy of their home in areas including Notting Hill, Kensington, Chelsea, Knightsbridge, Maida Vale, Shepherds Bush & Primrose Hill. (W11, W10 & W8 postcodes receive a 10% discount) I am a fully qualified personal trainer and Pilates instructor based in Notting Hill travelling to clients homes. I also train some clients in their office gyms in the City and Mayfair. The sessions can be pure or a blend of HIIT, strength training, sculpt, cardio, TRX, core stability and flexibility. My qualifications include pre and postnatal and I really enjoy this side of Pilates and PT. Nutrition guidance is on hand. I love motivating my clients helping them to achieve their goals and get great results. Many of my clients are too self conscious to go into a gym. I help build their confidence so that they can. I also offer to go to classes with them to help get them started, it always helps to go with someone the first couple of times. Having lost over three stone myself a few years back I have empathy for weight loss. I was not a natural gym bunny and do enjoy the odd glass of white wine!
