I have always been passionate about fitness, exercise and dance and enjoy being able to pass on my knowledge to help other people achieve their particular goal. Being able to see small improvements week on week as the clients gradually increase their fitness and grow in confidence. I have worked with with all ages and abilities and love being able to understand the best way to motivate and train them, as everybody is so different.
Each programme is individually designed to suit that particular persons need. Nutritional advice can also be given to give you a more grounded base to work on if you require it.
