Having stopped running a few years back due to injuries, I started to pile on the weight; in theory I could just go to the gym, but despite membership of several over the years, they are really not my thing I find them uninspiring. By committing to a program of personal training with Keith I have kick started a new fitness regime which I have found very energising and positive. It is great to have something tailored to my specific needs, that pushes me but not to the point where I am likely to sustain an injury.
Having worked in sedentary desk based jobs for the last 25 years I do suffer pains in my lower back and tension in my shoulders; one of the unexpected benefits of training with Keith has been that the stretching and use of different muscles has significantly reduced discomfort on a daily basis.
A couple of friends have commented that I look physically better and I certainly feel it. A greater sense of wellbeing has encouraged me to cycle and walk more. I really recommend investing in your personal fitness with Keith, I can’t think of many things that are more important or worthwhile.
