I have being doing exercises and fitness since school. Top in games and PE , Played for the school Football and Rugby teams and ran in for the school in athletics . I played and coached football Sunday league and children's football and was an athlete's specialising in the decathlon because I was good at all sports.
I now want to share my knowledge and experience with you .
I am not just a Level 3 Personal trainer , as you can see I have covered all parts of the fitness spectrum . Exercise and Fitness , rehabilitation , motivation and Diet / Nutrition.
This will help your training experience and help you achieve your goals quicker .
