I'm Karolina, a life long sports enthusiast. My background is in elite professional sport (trampoline) which I trained for 12 years.The constant training routine teaches me the discipline and self-confidence. In 2012 I moved to London for studying Sport & Rehabilitation Degree. After I finished I realised that helping people around makes me happy. I have a passion for supporting and advising people in achieving their own individual health and fitness goals.

Karolina is amazing! I have tried other personal trainers in the past but she is the first to make me look forward to sessions and she actually took the time to understand my (complex) medical issues and adjust the workouts accordingly. I feel confident that with her I will finally reach my fitness goals!

Seriously unfit and lacking in motivation and confidence karolina inspired me to build up my fitness again. I have a couple of injuries and areas of weakness which were holding me back and Karolina was totally understanding of this and never pushed me too far in these areas. Problem area is my knees and karolina gave me excercises which did not aggravate them . I saw improvement in pain levels. Excellent trainer who makes you sweat with all sorts of different exercises, sessions are always different and fun. She can turn the simplest action into some sort of exercise. Highly recommended!

Karolina is the best PR I’ve had and I would never consider having anyone else. She made me feel comfortable, understanding my disability and the huge personal confidence challenges I had. From a chronic health point of view, she is very aware and if you have any long term health needs, please be reassured that she can push your limits safely which in turn lead to incredible, achievable results.

I used Karolina post birth, she was great at adapting a fitness programme and motivating me to exercise. She is able to adapt exercises if you experience pain so you can still get most of your training sessions. Very enjoyable to work with and she can even look after your baby ( as long as you keep exercising !). Very highly recommended

I have been working with Karolina for a few months now, and despite being pushed hard by her, I am loving it (did I really just say that?!) When I started I had the rather vain objective of losing weight, but with Karolina I feel I have learned a lot more about my body and fitness than I could have imagined. Despite a recent break in training, due to a broken bone, I can’t wait to get back into a routine with her.
