Justine specialises in Optimum Performance Training programmes that target her individual client’s goals. She also offers sports conditioning, rehabilitation and nutritional advice to support weight loss and improvements in body composition.
Justine is highly skilled as a level 4 Personal Trainer and Nutritional Advisor with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and is a member of the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMSPA)
She is dedicated to, and passionate about, health, fitness and well-being. She is friendly and approachable and understands that every person is unique and what works for one may not work for the other. Fitness is a lifestyle that requires commitment to developing healthy habits. “Life change is possible and it’s worth it”. She has worked with her clients to consistently exceed their goals.
Justine has always had a passion for sports and gained her Blackbelt Second Dan in Tae kwon Do and came 2nd in the British National Tae kwon Do Championships. She has a thorough understanding of the dedication and endurance required in order to achieve your goals. Thereafter she qualified as a Tae kwon Do instructor and loved teaching.
Previously Justine acquired her BA and Masters in Law and pursued a successful career as a Solicitor in the 1990s before settling down to have her family.
