My clients have varied from young adults to the elderly and morbidly obese. keeping nutrition as one of the main focuses and sticking to individual specific training programs have proven to be success with my clients. Training clients in Functional Fitness with individual fitness programs to meet their fitness goals.Focusing on mechanics of movements in olympic lifts and woking on clients weakeness such as mobility, full range of motion, aerobic and anaerobic capacity. Programming specific WODs (workouts of the day) for each individual client with data analysis. Clients data are reviewed and benchmark workouts are then retested for new progression reviews.
