I can help you to develop healthy lifestyle habits for the rest of your week, when you aren’t at the gym. You can make small and gradual changes to integrate more movement into your day and improve your sleep and nutrition. For those who would like this, I offer advice and/or accountability between sessions by text or email.
Having just qualified as a Movnat Level 1 trainer, for those interested I can offer natural movement as part of my sessions.
