I have been working in the industry for the last 5 years. Starting out by working in esteemed health stores such as, MET-Rx and Holland & Barrett. Here I acquired the relevant knowledge to advise and recommend health products to customers with a variety of needs that included fitness related. I then decided to take my knowledge to the next level by studying to become a personal trainer. I figured that I was enthusiastic to help and support people with a more hands on approach by extending my services in dietary advice and training approaches. I grew up watching action movies and always idolized the big stars. Now that I’ve gained the correct knowledge that I need to be in shape, strong and healthy I can now emulate my idols and craft my own desired physique. Taking my nutrition and training to the next level by competing in a bodybuilding fitness competition, I understand what it takes to WIN. I am keen to actively motivate others towards achieving their goals.
