My name is Jason Challiss I am a Reps certified Personal Trainer. I am located in skylines village unit 21 e14 9ts in my own private studio. At PTyourway.co.uk/urban physique transformation ltd my aim is to make Personal Training (PT) available to everyone. I do this by providing normal One 2 One PT at 1 hour as well as 1/2 hour PT for people with less time on their hand this is also a cheaper way to access PT. The main way I make PT available to more people is you get to train in a private studio away from the normal gym environment where you feel comfortable, this means you can workout in a environment where you can feel less self conscious. At PTyourway I make every session innovative, challenging and as fun of a workout as possible without the stress of going to the gym, every client (you) gets a bespoke programme designed specifically for you and no one else, Individually based around your goals, sex, age and fitness level as well as ongoing support, focused nutritional advice, all the motivation and of course an exciting programme that will keep your body responding to it regardless of whom you are, how fit you are etc. Another way to reduce the cost to you is to have group PT, This is where you will be training with up to 3 people normally family or friends, but can also be work colleagues. This way of training is more fun for everyone and also improves the competition levels with-in the group meaning that you will work harder and have a greater work effort which in turn will help with you achieving your goals as long as everyone wants the same goals e.g. weight loss etc. I am also able to give you personal nutritional advice to help with your fat loss and general nutritional advice however it does not end there as I will be there for you with coaching throughout your PT program with me this is on all aspects of your program from exercise to nutritition through phone, E-mail and Text whenever you need it. PTyourway trains many diverse people looking for many different results from body toning, weight control, body fat loss, postural corrections, strength. I use tried and tested techniques to get your results from my continuous learning that I do, which I embed into you so you have the knowledge to continue with your fitness training when you leave my services so you are able to keep your fitness going for life!

Jason asked me in mid-January if I was up for doing a 5 week challenge of 3 sessions per week and watching my diet carefully. At first I was worried that I wouldn't be able to do it, but also felt excited that in a matter of a month and a bit I might see some really obvious changes in my fitness, strength and body. As I approached my 30th birthday last year I thought I need to do something about this soon. Jason and I were working once a week together and I was doing a session or two on my own in between. But since the 5 week challenge I've felt motivated to exercise 5 to 6 times a week and since finishing the challenge, I've done something, even if only a short session every day, on my own self-motivated!Jason knew how to push me each session so that I kept motivated and didn't get beaten, but also felt able to push myself and felt good coming away from sessions, looking forward to the next one! It also helped that Jason makes sessions fun, as well as knowing his stuff around muscles and nutrition, to give interesting information on what you are doing with him as you go. We've done at least one new exercise in every session I've ever had with him since last summer, which has given me loads of ideas to do my own workouts at home and not get bored. Working with Jason doesn't feel like a chore, even when it's difficult. I'd fully recommend him as a trainer to anyone.
