BIO

Jacqui has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years and originally came from a Professional Dance background working mainly abroad and in the UK under equity. During her time she has worked both in the private sector for private health clubs and local authorities as a Group Fitness and Dance Instructor, which has included most disciplines, from Aqua, Body Conditioning, Combat, Circuits, Dance, Indoor Studio Cycling, right through to Pilates, Yoga and Zumba! She has also worked in the local community and was the founder and creator of Dance-Fit UK which ran for over 10 years very successfully within the community. She has also worked as a Tutor for local colleges on health and fitness and nutrition courses, particularly within the inner cities preparing, producing and delivering education. Jacqui shows great strength and character and is very passionate about health and fitness and is therefore continuously updating her knowledge and keeping up to date on health and fitness issues. Her strength lies in her ability to motivate and drive things forward. Getting involved in local charities too, in fact organised a Zumbathon raising over £800 for the Puffin ward at Derby Royal Hospital in aid of H.A.R.T Her recent studies included Level 4 in Lower Back Pain Management She is a fully qualified Personal Trainer and Pilates instructor and is also GP Referral qualified. Her main interest and drive is to help people achieve their goals and help them make positive changes to their lifestyles.

Jacqui is fantastic! She is patient, kind and always takes on board your goals. Without Jacqui I would never have the motivation to loose weight and get fit! Jacqui pushes you hard, but always to what is manageable.
Even though through my sessions I feel like giving up, I don’t because Jacqui gives me constant motivation and encouragement.
I admit to Jacqui on the odd occasion that i’ve eaten badly or snacked too much and she never tells me off! She gives me better ideas of food that aren’t as bad.

I would recommend Jacqui Constantine to any one who is serious about looking after their body and health.
I have been training with Jacqui for nearly a year and OMG the results i have seen are brilliant.When i first met jacqui i thought i was fit and healthy was i wrong.I couldn,t even touch my toes lol without my legs hurting and got out of breath easily just doing the basic exercises.After Jacqui explained to me that instead of eating the wrong foods and eating more than i should yes i have to eat alot i am 41 and feel 31.
I can do alot more exercices without getting out of breath but the best thing is i have struggled with my stomach for years after having 3 kids i never thought i could have a flatter stomach ok it will always be a tiny bit wobbly after having 2 c sections but i can feel my abs and there solid . My body shape has also changed and everyone that knows me can see it too.
Even if you only have Jacqui to come and tell you what you should be doing even have a few sessions you will not look back.If i could afford to buy everyone i knew a present for Christmas it would be Training sessions with Jacqui Constantine.xx Rachel

Having had my son in September 2013, I only had a few months to lose my baby weight before my wedding in August 2014. My aim was to lose some weight and tone up my wobbly bits so Jacqui tailored my workouts to what wanted to achieve. She is a brilliant motivator, she pushed me to achieve my targets but these were never set above my abilities. Her knowledge and experience enabled her to provide alternatives for the exercises that I wasn’t able to do because of a shoulder injury. She’s always on hand to give advice about healthy eating and also some exercises to do to fit in with my hectic home life. Before getting pregnant I was a size 16/18, after training with Jacqui I’m now a size 12/14. Jacqui even choreographed a routine for myself and my bridesmaids to surprise my new husband with at our wedding reception. For anyone that finds gyms or exercise classes intimidating, having Jacqui as a personal trainer is a great alternative. Jacqui is a fantastic personal trainer and I would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone. Louise x

When I first contacted Jacqui my weight and lack of fitness were both getting me down. I was fed up with wearing baggy clothes to hide the bulge and having no energy or drive to help myself. So knowing I needed help I search on-line and found Jacqui. This has been the best move I’ve ever made regarding my health and fitness. Jacqui tailored a workout program to my ability, which has become more intense as my fitness has improved.

Thanks to Jacqui’s knowledge, encouragement and motivation I’ve lost lbs and achieved my target weight, as well as 5 inches of my waist! I am more toned now than I’ve ever been. I’m loving the new shapely me and my self-confidence has grown massively. I have loads more energy now and I’m much more flexible than I’d ever thought possible.
