I have been a full time personal trainer and and owner of my company 'IR Fitness and Health ltd.' since 2013. I have coached people with a range of goals from complete beginners who are mostly interested in looking better and being healthier to professional and semi-professional athletes looking to improve performance in their sport.
However the fact that I spend most of my day helping people to achieve their training goals doesn't prevent me from focusing on my own. I compete in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting and I am a registered BWL athlete.
