My name is Hannah and I'm passionate about creating challenging but enjoyable workouts that are tailored to your goals. I'm here to help you build a sustainable and exciting relationship with fitness that increases your confidence, challenges your mindset, boosts your mood and makes you achieve more than you ever thought you were capable of. I've focused my work on developing 3 training packages; 12 Week Introduction to Fitness Package, aimed at increasing confidence in the gym, exercise education and building a fresh relationship with fitness as well as a complete mind & body transformation. For 12 weeks, you will be required to bring 100% dedication, commitment and open-mindedness both inside and outside of the gym to take on this challenge. 12 Week Strength & Conditioning Package, aimed at the gym-savvy who are ready to take on a new challenge and/or reach specific goals. This programme is for people who have a little background in fitness but are ready to take their training to the next level. This programme includes advanced exercise education, as introduction to new training systems and a long-running 12 week Challenge that is focused on personal goals and mindset training. For 12 weeks you will require 100% dedication and commitment to your goals and a mental fortitude that is ready to adapt to some challenging, but exciting new training. 6 Week Transformation Challenge that is focused on an advanced exercise and nutrition plan to help you build muscle and burn body fat simultaneously for a quick full body turn around. This package requires 100% dedication both inside and outside of the gym for the best results possible and should be used to kickstart a new fitness regime or in the run up to an event or holiday.
