When I hit my mid-twenties, I was adamant I wanted to get healthier and start looking after myself better. After many failed attempts at joining gyms, attending a couple of mediocre classes, swapping from gym routine to gym routine, I took the decision to hire a personal trainer - possible the best decision I have ever made!
Greg is patient, supportive, dedicated and committed. He listens to what you what and explains exactly how you can reach your goal - nothing is unrealistic or impossible. Be under no illusion that working with Greg is easy; he works you hard and pushes you to the limit. That said, he has an uncanny ability of knowing exactly how far he can push you, usually far beyond the limits you set yourself. I never once imagined I would be lifting weights 20 - 30kgs over my body weight.
I managed to sculpt and change my body shape, increase my muscle strength, bulk up and then tone, all under Greg’s careful tutelage. He is extremely knowledgeable and willing to share what he knows in terms of physiotherapy, nutrition, best practices, all with the aim of ensuring you get the most out of your sessions.
I feel extremely lucky to have worked with Greg and would recommend his services wholeheartedly to anyone who is interested in personal training!
