Are you ready to finally achieve your body goals? Hi Everyone! I'm Graeme and I understand just how hard it can be to reach your ideal body. I have been on my own fitness journey in the last few years dropping from nearly 100kg down to 85. There are a lot of variables when it comes achieving your goals, and I am here to ensure you have the knowledge you need to reach whatever goal you have. My approach focuses on 3 main areas - training, nutrition and lifestyle. I like to fully assess where you are and then put into practice small, sustainable steps within these 3 main areas that are going to help you achieve your goals in an efficient and healthy way. Health is the greatest possession, and with my holistic approach to training and lifestyle I look to ensure optimal performance both inside and outside the gym.

I was a wary, 47 year old who had never done any weights. Felt a bit intimidated by the weights room at the gym, to be honest. But Graeme gave me a free into – and i liked it so much that i signed up for a month of one session per week. Great trainer. Produced a bespoke programme to meet my goals, offered advise and helped with nutrition and really made the best out of the facilities at Fit 4 Less Tower Hill. Highly recommended if you are serious about reaching your physical goals.

I’ve been training with Graeme for the last 2 months, and believe he is one of the most experienced and committed trainers I’ve worked with. I started training once a week, really enjoyed the variety and challenge he put into the sessions & quickly wanted more and more. currently we are training 3 times per week. I’ve had personal trainers in the past but I have to say Graeme is the best by far. A fantastic trainer and always listens to what your aims and goals are. He designed a bespoke training programme for me which changes every few weeks making sure it isn’t too repetitive.
Importantly Graeme makes sure that all the exercises are undertaken in a safe way and the technique is correct.

Can’t recommend Graeme enough – training with him was a brilliant investment in my health and overall wellbeing. I was nervous about doing PT as I’m not typically sporty and never considered it something that was for me, but he instantly made me feel comfortable, even in the male-dominated weights room. He’s genuine, committed, super supportive, body positive, and with a fantastic attitude all round.
I’d particularly recommend him for anyone who feels nervous about going to the gym/doing weights or thinks PT isn’t for them – he will definitely make you feel at ease and look forward to working out.
