I am a qualified personal Trainer with several years of experience in the fitness industry. I have trained a number of people of different ages skills, managing to support them all in the next stage of their fitness journey.
I teach several fitness classes weekly (body pump, indoor cycling, HIIT, body conditioning and circuit training) as well as training my clients.
