Having trained for over 30 years in weight training and martial arts, owning our own personal training company and teaching hundreds of students martial arts, all of whom had an array of differing training and nutritional needs, we utilise this expertise to devise a training and nutritional regime that will be based around your needs!
So what makes our training different?
Having studied and trained utilising different training regimes ie powerlifting, body building, weight lifting, boxing, football Gaelic football, Aikido, Judo, Koppo Jutsu, Jujitsu, we have devised a training regime suited to those who look to tone and loose weight. We have taken the elements associated with martial arts and boxing and combined them with high intensity CV training as we have found that this training regime leads to the greatest positive long lasting effects on the body and the mind.
