I can provide a tailored service suitable to your needs to get the best results for you. All you have to do is get dressed in your sports gear, don your trainers and bring some water. I am fully qualified with appropriate insurance and up to date first aid. Also qualified in yoga, pre/post natal, high intensity interval training, spin and massage therapy so we can mix and match our training sessions so you never get bored and your results don't plateaux. I am also qualified in personal nutrition and have certificates in nutritional therapy and child nutrition. I have been using Dilly's during the last year and although my main goal was just to get fit and eat healthy, that translated in me losing 14kg! Sam is a great motivator, and great at adapting exercises to your particular level, she will keep challenging you even when you think you have reached your maximum. I am super fit compared to a year and a half ago but she keeps finding interesting exercises for me.
