Chelsea was my trainer when she worked at my gym. Not only is she a very pleasant and smiley person but was always very encouraging and helpful. If I had any problems or queiries she was always on hand to help. She worked out many of my exercise regimes as well as going through each exercise, explaining how to do each one and how they would benefit me. I wish her every success in her new venture but she will be sorely missed. – Andy Wilsher

Chelsea was my personal trainer at 4 months following the birth of my baby boy. It was quite a traumatic birth and I was feeling like I would never get back to training and thought I would not be able to lose the weight I had put on during my pregnancy. Chelsea is a motivational enthusiastic trainer, she takes time to understand the person and will deliver a training programme to meet their needs. She has helped me get into shape to ride a 100km bike ride something I never thought I would be able to do but thanks to her I am continuing to train and am looking forward to the ride, she has help turn a totally unfit overweight lady into a some what fitter slimmer cyclist. Chelsea brings a great approach to training. Mixing a great fun personality with a structured approach to help achieve results. Chelsea helped me from day one at the gym, working towards my specified goals, modifying training where required and offering constant encouragement throughout, along with a great drive to keep motivation up and work harder – particularly on squats!
