I am a Personal Trainer specialising in female fitness and body sculpting. I have over ten years of experience in the fitness industry, helping women to improve their health and create their ideal body shape --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A bit about me... My passion developed through my own fitness journey. I started off as overweight and very unhappy with my body. I lost three stone, through a combination of extreme dieting and endless hours of cardiovascular exercise, however this approach was very unhealthy and ended up spiralling into an eating disorder. It was impossible to maintain, and my weight continually fluctuated for the next few years. At my lightest, I was just as unhappy with my body as I was at my heaviest, as the way I had lost weight meant that I looked flat and shapeless, and was far off from the fit, feminine, curvaceous body that I wanted to have. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- It was only when I started weight training, combined with a healthy, nutritious, and most importantly maintainable diet, designed to support my goals, that I started to see the changes in my body that I was looking for. I lost body fat, and built curves in the areas that I wanted to, completely transforming my shape. The changes were much more than just physical; I felt liberated from a restrictive lifestyle, and found a love for training that had an enormous impact on my mental wellbeing as well. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Building a fit and feminine physique: When it comes to having a feminine, toned body shape, focusing on ‘losing weight’ by eating little and only doing cardiovascular exercise, will unlikely give you the results you are looking for.
