I have spent much of my life dedicated to health and fitness. I believe fitness is defined by every individual based on their aims; indeed for some it is about obtaining the six-pack and the ‘beach body muscles’. However, in my experience for some it can be about dropping a dress size, gaining a social outlet or simply having better capabilities to play with their young children.
Fitness ultimately is about having goals within and outside of the gym, being happy and leading a healthy, balanced lifestyle. I gain a real sense of joy and fulfilment having the opportunity to meet and work with people from various different cultures and backgrounds. Helping improve the lives of others is one of the key reasons why I became a personal trainer and furthermore why I am currently training to be a Physiotherapist.
It’s my firm belief that no goal is unreachable, we can all achieve our goals and it is my promise that I will give 100% of my professional abilities to help you get there.
