I've started my training with Awaiz in January after having seen his contact details and reference in my gym.

My aim was not only to loose 3 kilos but also to gain muscles to define the body after having had a training pause in autumn.

I always did a lot of sports but mostly endurance sports and I had no idea how to gain muscle mass which is important for fat loss.

Awaiz helped me to reach these goals. I've regularly send him my diet plans and he gave me advice in nutrition. After more than 10 years I'm able to have breakfast in the morning and eat less in the evening which helps to improve my diet.

He showed me effective muscle and cardio exercises and we implemented these in my daily training routine.

We train once per week and I try to do 2 sessions per week on my own.

My name is Faris Al Amer. I am an international student from Kuwait, currently in my 1st year in BEng Civil Engineering at City University London. I have started going to The Gym Angel at the beginning of January 2015. The main reason for me joining was to find a good way to spend my spare time while I am not studying, as well as living a more healthier lifestyle.
