I have previously worked as a personal trainer at Xercise4less, specialising in one-to-one personal training sessions. I have trained many clients that have achieved their fitness goals, with the help of my intensive sessions tailored to each individual specific to their goal. Clients have hit specific fitness goals such as, muscular strength, muscle hypertrophy (building), fat loss, waist size reduction, muscle toning.
