My name is Antonia. I am a REPS (Register of Exercise Professionals) qualified Personal Trainer. For many years, I have been helping clients find their way to becoming fitter, promoting good health and more confidence. Having the opportunity to be able to have a positive impact on the health and well-being of all who walk through our doors is what makes everyday so enjoyable. Whether it be through group exercise, one-to-one training or friendly chat, inspiring others to achieve gives me the considerable pleasure in this greatest of environments. I believe a healthy lifestyle is in everyones reach, no matter what your, background or schedule, whether you are a busy parent, work full-time or retired I can help you achieve your fitness goal, I support my clients every step of the way on their journey to help them maximise their desired goal. I can help your fitness and body composition level improve. I will take the time to ensure you have a variation of exercises targeting different muscles groups, benefiting a full body work-out. You will be motivated to your maximum ability without being forced in an uncomfortable situation. I have participated in the Virgin London Marathon several times and intend to continue doing so (even though it takes me 5+ hours to complete). Although I have lived in London all of my life, I have a Greek background. I offer Personal Training sessions for 1 hour, 45 or 30 minutes at Pancras Square Leisure Centre (just a few minutes walk from Pancras Square and Kings Cross train/tube stations) My mission is to make you feel and *Look Amazing*. *DREAM *BELIEVE *ACHIEVE
