Growing up as a teenager there were times I was overweight, I was never happy with the way I looked and rarely did I ever feel confident in myself. This insecurity is what lead to my transformation journey and sparked a new found passion for health & fitness. For the last 14 years I have devoted my life to exercise & nutrition so that I can become the healthiest, fittest & strongest version of myself. Even though it has not been an easy process, I am grateful that I can use this vast knowledge and experience to help others who are on a similar journey.
My approach towards PT is very holistic, I look at every facet of health & well being such as optimising your sleep and lowering your stress. Nutrition is an essential part any exercise programme but also healthy living in general, so my nutrition advice is very thorough and backed up by the latest scientific research. I provide lots of stretching routines for flexibility & mobility, I teach how to foam roll for muscle recovery, I specialise in posture correction and I give research based advice on supplements for optimal health & longevity.
There is never a one size fits all approach in my training, each individual will be assessed to determine the most optimal way to make the most of their gym time. Whatever your age, ability or gender I will tailor my training to match your specific needs and requirements. Whether you want to lose a few pounds and tone, want to get stronger but don't know how to lift weights, want to sculpt that awesome beach body physique...
