The usual fitness trainer blurb about always loving sport is a given ! What drives me is a desire for clients to derive enjoyment from the process of getting fitter, more toned & eating well as opposed to focusing solely on the end goal. Most individual, small group (< 4 people) and TRF (group) sessions have rugby influence in their DNA.This is because it's simply the best style of training for combinations of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), strength over bodyweight,aerobic, core and is great fun too ! We currently run sessions in Silsoe, Flitwick, Ampthill, Shefford, Bletchley and Brentwood and are set to expand nationally over the coming years.
