Having trained with Abe for over 3 months we have noticed big improvements in our strength, tone and aerobic capacity. The sessions are always varied and fun, yet satisfyingly hard. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Abe to others.

I have been attending TRF sessions for 2 years but until June 2014 this had been around my Uni holidays. Since then I have been attending 2 -3 times per week. Ive lost 1.5 stone, have toned up dramatically, am much stronger and fitter. None of it has been a chore as the classes are fun and so varied.
