My mission is to provide quality fitness training, support and guidance for people who lack motivation, experience, knowledge and/or confidence in the area of fitness. After 10+ years of being a fitness coach, I pledge to continue ingraining effective exercises, training techniques and lifestyle habits into my clients to help them achieve their fitness goals for the short, medium and long term.
I've developed a 12 weeks full body exercise program called Fit Body Ready which is mainly for beginners and designed to get you fit, lean and athletic. The sessions are designed to challenge your whole body in order to help you get the most out of the 45 minutes to 1 hour duration, helping you to burn fat and develop muscle tone. The emphasis of each session is bodyweight training, combined with resistance bands and sliders.
Good technique and safe progressions are encouraged and coached in order for you to maximize results and to reduce the risk of injury. You will learn the fundamentals of effective body conditioning training so you can confidently implement the exercises anywhere and in your own time to ensure faster and lasting results.
In addition to the training sessions, you are entitled to on-going encouragement and support via phone and email to help you to accelerate your progress, as well as your own customised personal fitness program including nutritional advise.
