How to spot a great personal trainer – final part

Hello!

Hope you’re having a great week. Here’s the final part of our short 3 part articles on spotting a great trainer.

They walk the talk.

A great coach of any kind practices what they preach. They lead by example and they prove to their clients and those around them that by following their teachings, that they will get the results. Would you go to an accountant who has lost their clients money? Or a builder who’s house fell down after a year? Probably not. So I wouldn’t recommend going to a trainer who struggles with fat loss, strength gains or you see sitting in McDonald’s on their lunch break either.

When the coach shows that they have the willpower and effort to make things happen for themselves and are able to bring that across to their clients in a step by step format to get consistent results. You’ve found a master.

Have a great day
