3 Large mashed bananas
150 g blueberries
4 tbsp coconut nectar
1tbsp baking powder
240 ml unsweetened Almond milk
270 g steel cut (gluten free optional) oats
1. Preheat oven to 200C. 2. Mix together all the ingredients except the blueberries 3. Once fully combined, gently fold in the blue berries 4. Evenly spoon into large muffin cases about 3/4 full 5. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
