Berry Banana Protein Smoothie


250mg coconut milk (KoKo Coconut milk is great)

2 scoops protein powder (strawberry, vanilla or pro-isolate works a charm)

½ cup berries (rasp, blueberries and strawberries combined)

2 tsp chia seeds

1 Medium Banana



Place all ingredients in a blender, whizz and serve up..
